(4) When you use some specific scenes in the Holabox APP: We will conduct facial live authentication and voice tattoo information for you in order to verify your identity verification and complete real-name authentication services. In order for you to better present yourself, you also need to provide us with up to 9 personal photos and a short video, if you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to use the products or services of this specific scene;
Provide you with interactive and information release services
Information you upload when using interactive and messaging services. For example, photos and videos you share while using Holabox.
When you follow the user account you are interested in, or communicate with other accounts, or make likes and comments, we will collect the account you follow and show you the content of the account you follow, and we will also collect your interaction, comment, like, and display or push notifications to users.
Special reminder: If you include your personal information in Holabox App, especially sensitive personal information such as facial recognition information and voice print information, during the upload process, please ensure that you have obtained the authorization and consent of the subject of personal information.
Audio and Holabox call services
When you and friends have audio chat, video chat, we will apply for access to your microphone, camera permissions, if you turn off these permissions, you will not be able to use the above services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
We will not share your audio and video data with third parties, and the data will not be stored locally on the mobile phone and will not be uploaded to our or third parties' servers.
If you want to stop or revoke your consent to the collection and use of your audio and video information, you can contact [My]-[Customer Service] to inform you of your needs, and we will immediately stop using your information and help you close your permissions.
Portrait beauty service
When you use the portrait beauty service, we will process your facial information and show it to you for preview to achieve the effect of beauty preview. Before use, we will apply for access to your camera, if you turn off these permissions, you will not be able to use the above services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
We will not share your facial information with third parties, and this data will not be stored locally on the mobile phone and will not be uploaded to our or the third party's servers.
If you want to stop or revoke your consent to the collection and use of your facial information, you can contact [My]-[Customer Service] to inform you of your needs, and we will immediately stop using your information and help you close your permissions.
Matching with equipment
In order to make the necessary adaptation of Holabox App and your mobile device, to provide you with safe and trusted products and usage environment, and to ensure the safe operation of HolaboxApp, when you use HolaboxApp, according to the specific permissions granted by you in the installation and use of the software, we will collect your device model, device identification code (including | MEl/AndroidID/IDFA/IDFV/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID/SN ID/MEID, Advertising ID, SIM card phone number, IMSI, ICCID), software list, device running status information, system version, MCC, MNC, Mac address information (including mobile phone Mac address and Bluetooth Mac address), device sensor information. The purpose of collecting this information is to help us carry out bug analysis, anti-cheating, anti-black industry and other security protection work, ensure your normal use of this product and/or service, improve and optimize our product experience, and protect the security of your account. At the same time, except as otherwise expressly provided in this policy, we will not provide your device information to any third party, but we cannot guarantee that other third parties will not obtain your device information through other channels, and combine your device information with other information to identify you personally, and you should claim compensation from the third party for any loss caused by you. Location information log

The system permissions called by HolaboxApp
As mentioned above, in order to provide you with Holabox products and/or services, we may need to use the system permissions in your device (excluding the permissions called by the third party accessed) to collect relevant personal information. Usage context and purpose: When you agree to open this permission, we will push messages for you so that you can receive and understand the notifications we send in a timely manner. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to receive the messages we push on your behalf.
Consumption record information
When you use the third-party payment function provided by this product to recharge and consume, we will save your recharge, consumption record information, order information, and account information on your mobile phone to confirm your payment instructions and help you complete the payment, and such information will also be used as your certificate for recharging and consumption.
The information shared by other users contains your information
Photos posted by other users or videos shared may contain your information.
Information obtained from third-party partners
We may obtain information that you generate or share when using third-party partner services. For example, when you use Holabox to log in to third-party partner services, we will obtain the name and login time of your login third-party partner services, which is convenient for you to manage authorization. (2) You can add or delete friends in Holabox, in order to help you achieve this function, we create friend list information. A friend list is the necessary information needed to establish and manage friendships.
Audio and video chat
(1) When you and friends have an audio and video chat, we will collect your audio and video information.
(2) We will apply for access to your microphone and camera, if you turn off these permissions, you will not be able to use the above services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
Beauty preview
(1) When you want to set a beauty preview, we will collect your facial information.
(2) We will apply for access to your microphone permissions, if you turn off these permissions, you will not be able to use the above services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
Search
When you use Holabox's search service, we will collect your search keyword information and log records. In order to provide efficient search services, some of the aforementioned information will be temporarily stored in your local storage device, and can show you the content of search results and search history.
Product development and service optimization
When our system fails, we record and analyze the information generated during the system failure to optimize our services.
